While the gardens were only created about 10 years ago, the property is steeped in history. Early settlers built the homestead during the mid-nineteenth century and the old road that leads to Fisanthoek through the farm predates that by 100 years. The farm is currently owned by the Gilbert family. Their hands-on approach means that every wedding or event has that personal touch that results in a warm and relaxed atmosphere.  Every function is unique and special in our world.

Besides the wedding and function venue, Bosky Dell has been planted with 12Ha of vines. The vineyards offer an alternative backdrop for the various activities and events that are hosted by The Rose Pavilion. These include photo-shoots, sporting events (great for mountain biking, cross country running and hiking), picnics and more.
